He is wearing the Xivilai costume (If you played Oblivion you will know what I mean )
I am a Breton mage lv 9 i think...just started.

    Its the Xivilai outfit that i downloaded from Hall Of Torque..its an adult skyrim website but it has alot of amazing armors aswell!
