Yeah I thought that aswell, I was going to give him some lightning bolts on his costumes but they looked to fake when I photo shopped them in. Ill have to render some in Daz studio :)
I swear I wish Flash looked like that he needs more muscle, I love your Saint's Row 4 characters they're hot and cool at the same time.
